All contents inside the property will be discarded.
Items will not be sorted, stored, donated, sold, or appraised.
If you wish to retrieve personal belongings, this must be done prior to clean-out.
Important Requirements
To qualify for the complimentary clean-out:
• A listing agreement must be signed with KC Legacy Properties
• The property must be listed at a price supported by market data
• The listing must remain active for the agreed term
• Full access must be provided during the clean-out
• The homeowner may not be present inside during the process
If the listing is canceled after the clean-out is completed,
the homeowner agrees to reimburse the full cost of services.
Selection Process
Only one property will be selected.
Selection is based on:
• Property condition
• Safety and feasibility
• Marketability
• Location within our service area
• Overall suitability for the promotion
KC Legacy Properties reserves the right to decline any property at its discretion.
